Write your senators!

So, I won't get on my high horse for too long about all of the pressing
and important political issues before us. But I would like
to send out the link to both of our (AZ) senators so that you can email
them your desires on the issues before us. Especially the Heath Care
Reform. If you haven't heard or know what is in that bill, you need to,
it is messed up as it stands, and needs serious help. I YOU not the
gov. would like to decide what surgeries that your parents can or can't
have once they are a ripe age, tell your senators to VOTE NO. If you
don't want to pay at least 3 times as much for your heath care than
you are currently, VOTE NO. If you would like to get into a doctor in a
timely manner, VOTE NO on the health care reform. I could go on for
a while, but just know that my mom in law is canadian and they have a
similar system and SHE doesn't want it and says it is very messed up
for more than the above reasons. I so believe that everyone should
get medical care. But this is NOT the way to do it! We can do more
for them I believe, but this is not the right answer. :)
But I do feel that no matter what your stance is,
you should get educated and involved in these times.
Start now, start today! I have had some friends ask for these links,
so I am sending them out to all. :)

there are two.

thank you! Please, we need to stop letting the politicians run the
country and take it back into our own hands and use the freedoms and
rights that were so dearly paid for.

My girls

Of course Kaylee was even cuter and talking more, but by the time I found the camera and the batteries, it was old for her. But here are the girls playing Duck Duck Goose. I just love being able to capture my kids talking at all of their different stages. Anyways, this is especially for my mom, sisters, sister in law and there is even a surprise for the brother in law to be!

It is super weird that school is starting for the kids again. Mia goes to K next year. CRAZY. But it is almost even funnier that even though it has been summer vacation, there is not a single kid out playing. Not in the traditional sense. It is like a Ghost town in Phoenix. Especially when it hits 115 + . We went swimming today - in pools that never need heated. :) The water is like bath water. Anyways, in the video if you look close enough you will see that Kaylee got a bit sun-kissed. I know I put sunblock on her. . . :) That is the Miller haps. Did I mention that I love that my girls play so well together and are just at that perfect age where they like to play games and interact with us. Maybe it is more that the things they like to do keep my attention better. . . :) he he

"You almost squished your brothers and sisters!"

You almost squished your brothers and sisters!" yes, this is what
Dustin said as Kaylee jumped on him unexpectedly. Kaylee of
course thought nothing of it. Mia, on the other hand, gave a
very puzzled look. She looked around the room as if she were
searching for her brothers and sisters, that were
"almost squished"!

And here are a couple of my favorite Lake Powell Pictures,
which will have to be a latter blog. :)

Here is Mia doing her little Model Poses.  I love it!

Teeth Marks - Your vote!

So this is the lovely driveway that we have at our house.  Lovely because from the front of our house you do not see the ugly garage door.  Not so lovely trying to park 2 cars in it.  Getting in and out of it can be a bit tricky. . .

So the other day, My hubbies car was over a little farther than normal.  I was 1/2 asleep returning from some volleyball at 11pm. . . and the stinking garage got hungry, jumped out and bit my van!    I am so mad!  SERIOUSLY this is my baby!

this was the damage before I wiped it down.  After I wiped off the garage drool (stecko) then it was a little better. . .

So here is the question:  Do I pay to have this fixed?  Or do I just try to touch it up myself?  or leave it. (the teeth marks are memorable)

Please vote!  A: fix it    B: touch it up yourself   C:  leave it
